Curd kurma : Boiled cauliflower, Double beans , diced paneer , sliced onion, peeled garlic, salt , curds, Bay leaf ghee , garam masala powder .
Grind : coconut, cashews , Poppy seeds , green chillies

    Nice recipe.mam,kindly guide how to plan kitchen work,while inviting guests?we should spend time with guests at the same time,we should serve the food hot,like poori ,vada etc.

    From your first episode I am a viewer. I am from Trivandrum Kerala. I have purchased a lot of your recipe books. Have you written any books upon the sauces and different podi mulakai and the other ones. It was available in Style Plus Trivandrum Kerala but now we don’t get the same.

    super ubu ubi poori ma ,love the use of butterbeans in the side dish …..i have seen many people use rava konjam puri mavu la saying it helps it to make it stay puffed up is that true ? i have tried it but my puri becomes a bit hard even though it stays puffed up.
