How to take required quantity protein intake as the numbers looks almost impossible. Not all can take whey protein powders. My simple question is God has not kept more protein in veg foods. If nature doesn’t have many food sources how do we suggest to take more protein. Pls clarify this in detail with an other session. Quinoa/oats is not our traditional food.
